THE WILKIN COUNTY JAIL CONTRACTS WITH RELIANCE TELEPHONE FOR INMATE PHONE AND VISITATION SERVICES. IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH RELIANCE TELEPHONE SERVICES, DO NOT CONTACT THE JAIL, CONTACT RELIANCE TELEPHONE DIRECTLY.

Scheduling Public Visitation Reliance Public Scheduled Visitation
1. Go to: www.reliancetelephone.com.
2. Click on the search bar in the middle of the screen and type in "Wilkin County Jail".
3. Scroll down to "Schedule a Video Visitation at the Jail" and click on it.
4. Login or Create your new online account
5. Select the County jail from the dropdown list
6. Read the Terms and Conditions and check the checkbox below to agree to the terms
7. Type in the Inmate's Last Name - then click on "Search"
8. Select your inmate from the list generated
9. Choose your visitation time from the dates and times provided
10. Fill in your Driver's License/Photo ID information
11. Click on "Confirm Visitation"
12. Review the "Visitation Confirmation" page You will receive an e-mail shortly with confirmation for your scheduled visit Additional

FAQ: Can I view my visitation history? You can view your visitations by clicking the "View My Visitations" button on the "Select the County Jail" page. This will allow you to manage your upcoming visits. What if my inmate isn't in the list? If the inmate does not show up, they have not signed into the visitation kiosk yet. Once they have signed in for the first time, they will appear in the list.
