County Administration
The County Administration Department serves as the chief administration officer of the county and is responsible for the overall operation of county government providing leadership, direction, and support to all county departments. The County Administrator also is responsible for managing the county's human resource program, including recruitment and orientation, centralized personnel records, lead negotiations, process and adjust employee grievances and employee relation issues.
This department provides human resources planning, oversees employee related government and legal compliance, recommends and administers the employee compensation and benefit program, and administers and organizes employee training efforts.
