E-Recording

As you all know, Minnesota is a RaceNoticeState which means whomever records their document first wins the race or has priority.

The purpose of e-recording is to get your documents to the recorder’s office faster and more efficiently.

eRecording is the secure online submission of documents to the Wilkin County Recorder's Office for recording.  eRecording eliminated the need to mail or deliver documents to the courthouse, and saves time and money for both the Recorder's office and our customers.

ALL DOCUMENTS TYPES ARE ACCEPTED FOR eRECORDING

Deeds can be e-recorded using an e-CRV and an e-well disclosure certificate when required.
