REGENERATIVE GARDENING SESSION
Jill Patrie, Clay County Horticulture Educator, from the University of Minnesota Extension office, presented a workshop on regenerative gardening practices on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Jill explained how gardening, the health of soil, water, insects, and wildlife help sustain and maintain a balanced ecosystem.
Did you know: *Oak trees can support over 500 species of moth and butterfly caterpillars!
*One mature tree can provide a day’s supply of oxygen for up to 4 people!
There were resources, design templates and other information available for those who attended.
