The following described real property located 115 16^th Street North, Breckenridge, Minnesota 56520, is being offered for sale by the Richland Wilkin Joint Powers Authority (“RWJPA”).  The legal description for the property is as follows:

 

Lot Three (3) in Block One (1) of Gewalt Park Addition to the City of Breckenridge, Wilkin County, Minnesota

 

RWJPA is accepting written bids only.  The amount of your bid should be your highest and best offer.  Each bid should state the bidder’s name, mailing address and telephone number.  No oral bids will be accepted.  Bids should be mailed, emailed or delivered on or before 5:00 p.m. on December 20, 2024, to:

The property is being sold for cash.  The successful bidder(s) will be required to sign a sale agreement and submit 5% of the sale price as an earnest money payment immediately upon bid acceptance.  RWJPA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in bid or bid procedures.  RWJPA further retains the right to reject any or all proposals.  The closing shall commence within thirty (30) days after the bidding has concluded.
