Parcel Legal Modifications (Splits/Combines)
Modifications to a parcel's legal description can occur due to sales, development, plats, annexations, or other legal actions that affect property boundaries. Once a new legal description is created and officially recorded, it becomes the legal basis for property assessment and taxation.
Parcel legal modifications include:
