DEEDS
Certificate of Real Estate Value (CRV)	Must be electronically recorded.
Well Information	If a CRV is required a well certificate or statement of status of well is required. See Well Disclosure Certificate
Legal Description	A complete tractable legal description. Survey maps are not required but are appreciated
“Send Tax Statement to:”	Minnesota Statute 597.092 (Name and address)
“Drafted by Statement”	Minnesota Statute 507.091 Name and address required for all documents acknowledged in the State of Minnesota
Signature of Grantors and Acknowledgment Statement (marital status)	Complete Acknowledgment includes Venue (State and County where acknowledgment took place, date, notary seal, notary signature, notary commission expiration, names and marital status of signatures being acknowledged or if a Corporation the business name, who signs and their title.
Delinquent Taxes	Must be paid before document can be transferred. Contact County Auditor
Splits in Tax Parcels	Current taxes must be paid in full for year. No less than 2½ acres in Wilkin County. The Wilkin County Auditors office requires a survey map for all splits that have a call for direction. The survey must be done according to the Wilkin County coordinate system.
