Public Hearing - Shot Gun Only Zone

Notice is hereby given that the Wilkin County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on March 3^rd, 2026, at 9:00AM at the Wilkin County Courthouse to consider the ordinance on retaining firearm limitations for deer hunting in Wilkin County.  Any and all persons(s) desiring to be heard shall be given an opportunity at the above stated time and place. If a person wishes to present comments in person during the public hearing it is recommended to sign up prior to the start of the hearing and a five-minute time limit will be enforced. The ordinance is available on the County Website.

Public comments will be received at the hearing or may be submitted via email to ssandbakken@wilkincounty.gov or by mail to 505 8th Street S., Breckenridge, MN 56520.
